Hallowing Time

The Christian Seasons Calendar encourages Christians to be a "salty people", living faithfully in the world. The secular calendar has its origins in the Roman Empire where on January 1 Roman officials took office. The alternative format of the Christian Seasons Calendar is a daily reminder that we are primarily citizens in the kingdom of God, living in God's time.
